初中关于清明节的英语日记

　　今天是清明节，我和爸爸妈妈回老家去扫墓。在扫墓的路上，我们的开的汽车走过的全是平坦、宽敞的马路。等我们到了墓地，看到那里人山人海，全都在发扬我们中华民族的优良传统——扫墓。等我们走到我的祖坟上，我还以为人们都在烧纸，但是我居然没有闻到一丁儿点烟味。再一看，原来人们的是在坟墓上插上一朵美丽的鲜花。过了一会儿，扫墓结束了。我们和外公外婆告别后，就回到了盐城。回到家后的第一个感想就是：农村的变化实在太大了!

　　以前，我爷爷那一代，走的都是泥巴路，骑着自行车，遇上下雨天就麻烦了，跟本不是人骑车，而是“车骑人”。而且扫墓时烧纸烧的农烟滚滚，用我们现在的名词就是：白色污染。而现在呢，开的是汽车，走的是平坦的大路，扫墓时插的是鲜花。而且到了今天，人们还不忘我国优良传统，人人都尊老爱幼。
